MJP Rohilkhand University, Bareilly in association with St. Soldier Institute of Hotel Management organized a National Seminar on Indian Sweets. Chef Akhil and Chef Sorab demonstrated their Skills by preparing Mango Phirni, Rosogullo, Gulab Jamun, and Kala Jam but the major attraction was Malai Phirni Ghewar.
